There are so many apps that show you how to lift properly, and for how long. You can also get a personal trainer or take a personal trainer guided class.

The next thing, you need to do is your diet. It is all about moderation and what you are consuming. You need food from all parts of the food diagram. It is important to make sure you are not skipping meals and you are putting the correct ingredients into your body.

Loosing weight is not a simple task. It takes time, effort and loyalty to your self to achieve goals. With my help and following my plan you will achieve to loose weight.
